Spring Festival Fun for Big Difference Scheme team

What a great day the team had at the Witton Lodge Spring Festival, which was held on 14th May at The Ring in Perry Common.

Over 500 people attended this fabulous event and we were delighted to be part of it. We met loads of people and had the opportunity to tell them about The Big Difference Scheme and the work of Severn Trent Trust Fund (STTF).

The sunshine, fun filled afternoon brought lots of exciting activities for all the family. These included a bouncy castle and giant mega-slide, market stalls, martial arts demonstrations, sack racing, egg and spoon races, as well as gardening activities. Perry Barr Fire Station were there with their Fast Response Vehicle, offering everyone a chance to a sit in the front seat and try on helmets and learn about the equipment. There was also lots of lovely foods, cakes and refreshments available.

A big thank you to Eleanor Poole and Lesleyanne Dutton for attending on the day and distributing our goody bags to residents interested in STTF.
